Staying Healthy is easier than you Think...

Szechwan Shrimp


4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup sliced green onions
10 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces cooked shrimp


1. In a bowl, stir together cornstarch, honey, crushed red pepper, water, ketchup, soy sauce, and ground ginger. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Stir in onions and garlic and let cook for 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil.
3. Stir in sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbly and thickened.
