Hot Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 quarts water
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon onion powder
5 cubes chicken bouillon
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
16 ounce chunky salsa
14 ounce diced tomatoes
14 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
10 ounce can condensed tomato soup
3 tablespoons chili powder
20 ounce cans chili beans
8 ounce container sour cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, water, parsley, and onion powder. Bring to a boil and let simmer 1 to 2 hours.
2. Cook on Medium an onion and garlic in olive oil until browned. Stir in salsa, diced tomatoes, whole tomatoes, tomato soup, chili powder, chili beans, sour cream, shredded chicken and 5 cups broth. Simmer 15 minutes and Serve.
