Staying Healthy is easier than you Think...
1 pound ground beef
1 cup minced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounce tomato puree
5 ounce kidney beans with liquid
5 ounce can kidney beans, drained
1 can cannellini beans with liquid
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon hot sauce
1. Place the beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until brown.
2. Place beef in a slow cooker, and mix in garlic, tomato puree, onion, kidney beans, celery, green bell pepper, and cannellini beans.
3. Add chili powder, parsley, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
3. Cover, and cook 6-8 hours on Low.
